SSR is providing MEP design, construction administration, and sustainability and energy consulting for Cenutra Health’s new, 32,500 SF medical office building located in Frisco, Colorado.

Our team initially worked with Centura Health and the rest of the design team partners to provide services for the core/shell portion of the building, including common spaces like restrooms, corridors, lobby, and equipment spaces. Once tenants were identified, the scope of work was expanded to include build outs for a sleep lab, orthopedic practice, and other clinical space.

Lower life cycle costs and a reduced total cost of ownership are priorities for this project.  This project is pursuing sustainability in energy and water efficiency, sustainable sites, materials and waste management, and indoor environmental quality.  SSR is leading the design team coordination, documentation, and submission for Green Globes certification.
