Bayfront Health Medical Pavilion at Institute Square is a new four-story medical office building with I-2 and business occupancy floors. The project also includes a 12,000 SF imaging center build-out and adjacent parking garage.

Services for the project include extensive patient imaging facilities, diagnostic laboratory, and pharmacy. Advanced imaging and radiology treatments include linear accelerators, HDR brachytherapy, MRI, PET CT, CT SIM, mammography, and x-ray. Oncology specialists offer urogynecology, colorectal, thoracic, lung, head and neck, breast, and skin cancer treatments.

MEP infrastructure includes energy efficient rotary screw chillers, heating hot water boilers, fixed enthalpy plate air handlers, medical gas distribution, distributed antenna system, emergency responder radio, and tier-4 emergency generators.
