Seth Spangler Grows SSR’s Presence in Atlanta
Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects, is pleased to announce that Seth Spangler, PE, BEMP, LEED AP BD+C, has joined the firm as a Principal and senior Mechanical Engineer in the firm’s growing Atlanta office. With over 15 years leading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology (MEPT) design projects, Spangler will continue to enhance the quality of services SSR offers and grow the firm’s portfolio in Atlanta and the surrounding region.

Throughout his career, Spangler has provided technical excellence and responsive customer service to his clients. He is an experienced engineer, client manager, project manager, and business developer that strives to provide exceptional client experiences while building long-term relationships. His background in healthcare, higher education, science and technology, sports and entertainment, and industrial markets will complement the firm’s business development efforts and project workload in the greater Atlanta market.

With the addition of Spangler, SSR adds MEPT design services to the Medical Equipment Planning and Commissioning services already in place.
Spangler earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. He is active in the industry as a member of multiple professional organizations, including ASHRAE, Georgia Association of Physical Plant Administrators (GAPPA), and Georgia Society of Healthcare Engineers (GASHE).
