M&T Bank Stadium will unveil a series of exciting upgrades aimed at enhancing the fan experience across all levels of seating this season. The focus has been on improving everything from general admission to premium seating for Baltimore Ravens fans, ensuring that every patron enjoys top-notch amenities and comfort. 

 

The premium seats offered this year include field seats flanking each sideline. These areas have all-inclusive F&B, private elevator, and a designated wait staff for the 2024 season.  The newly completed Blackwing Suites are 10 individual suites connected to a private club which features a speakeasy-type atmosphere designed to make people question if they’re even at a football game.  

 

At the stadium’s club level, comfort was a focus, overhauling the existing lighting, flooring, furniture, restrooms, and expanding the concourse capacity. Fans will also be thrilled with the new Miller Lite Pavilion, a two-story bar and social area overlooking the concourse area. 

 

Infrastructure Upgrades 

SSR has been working with the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) for over a decade, conducting facility assessments to determine the lifespan of equipment and provide cost estimates for replacements.  

 

All areas undergoing upgrades are also receiving infrastructure improvements. This includes not just finishes and furnishings, but also significant updates to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. These upgrades are crucial for expanding the life of the facility and bringing it up to par with current venues. 

 

All renovation work has been carefully planned to take place in the off-season, minimizing disruption during the season. This thoughtful approach ensures that fans can continue to enjoy events without any inconvenience. 

 

Partnership with Setty Engineers & Gensler 

SSR has partnered with Setty Engineers, a local Baltimore firm, to ensure that all upgrades are executed to the highest standards. This collaboration brings together local expertise and SSR’s extensive experience in stadium construction and renovations. Gensler has been brought on board as the architect for these renovations and upgrades.
