Britten Rush, PE, talks about his path with SSR. He first joined the firm as an Electrical EIT in 2015, worked in our Nashville office for a few years, and left for a different opportunity. After seeing what another firm had to offer, Britten was recruited back to SSR in 2021 as a Project Manager. He and Mike talk about their respective experiences at other firms and what makes SSR’s culture so unique.
Jessica Nyce, PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, is SSR’s Director of Human Resources. A repeat SSR On Air guest, she provides insight into how SSR recruits and develops talent, approaching it as a collective effort and not just an HR responsibility.
