Seth Spangler and Andy Brophy are both heavily involved in a new 100,000 SF corporate headquarters building that is seeking to achieve significant cultural and sustainability goals. Dubbed the “un-office office building,” the southeastern located facility is aiming for net zero AND occupant comfort.
Seth Spangler, PE, BEMP, LEED AP BD+C, is a Principal in SSR’s Atlanta office. His responsibilities include client maintenance and the direction of new business development within the region.
As a Senior Building Performance Engineer, Andy M. Brophy, PE, BEMP, LEED AP BD+C, O+M, provides sustainability and high-performance building consulting for the design and operation of buildings.
