Ryan Ishino, PE, LEED AP Joins SSR as Operations Manager / Principal in Dallas
Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a leader among engineering firms in design, consulting, and planning, is pleased to announce that Ryan Ishino, PE, LEED AP has joined the firm as a Principal and Operations Manager for the MEP group in the Dallas office.

Ryan’s career spans two decades in operations and project management. He is a proven leader with extensive experience managing internal teams focused on operational efficiency and professional development, improving project management processes, and supporting business development growth with new and established clients.
Ryan’s hiring reinforces SSR’s commitment to ensuring we have dedicated staff and resources to meet the needs of our clients. Focused on improving our resource allocation and project management processes for our MEP colleagues, he adds support and operational knowledge to allow our talented team of engineers and designers to focus on what they do best — providing responsive, reliable, and resourceful solutions to our clients.

Ryan graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in electrical engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in multiple states and a LEED AP. Ryan is also a member of the Project Management Institute. As a recognized thought leader in the industry, Ryan has authored multiple articles for Consulting Specifying Engineer magazine.
