Trending Now: PFAS
On March 14, 2023, the USEPA proposed a National Drinking Water Regulation to establish legally enforceable maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) in drinking water. EPA projects that regulation will be finalized in 2024. If finalized as planned, this rule will require drinking water utilities to comply within 3 years. SSR has been actively monitoring these developments to support our client’s interests.
SSR has resources available to educate and inform utility districts and water treatment staffs about PFAS treatments, including articles (What is new in PFAS: the Nitty, the Gritty, and the Weird) and in person training. I recently presented on PFAS to the TAUD Emerging Contaminant Class. Reach out if you’re interested in having SSR come present to your team. info@ssr-inc.com
