Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a leader among engineering firms in designing, consulting, and commissioning projects, is pleased to announce that Mike Darden has joined the firm as a Principal in the firm’s Houston office. He will serve as the Operations Director for the firm’s growing Medical Equipment Planning (MEQ) service line.

Mike has 23 years of healthcare leadership experience and expertise in strategic business planning, operations management, and improving overall operational efficiency. A proven dynamic leader, he will rely on his extensive experience and success to train, develop, motivate, and nurture SSR’s team.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Houston. Mike is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
