SSR provides owner representation, project management, and engineering services for multiple ConAgra Brands plants across the country. On-site, we act as an extension of ConAgra’s corporate staff in the planning and delivery of capital projects. With permanent staff in two factories and frequent presence in another eight, we can identify facility deficiencies, project and prioritize future facility needs, develop budgets and schedules for capital planning, provide integrated engineering services, and manage projects from conception to completion.

SSR’s close relationship with ConAgra allows the client to develop consistent quality and standard systems throughout all locations where SSR operates. Some of the activities that we perform include:

• Work with plant managers, engineering managers, and capital project managers to develop a project list for expansions, upgrades, and maintenance
• Develop cost estimates and preliminary schedules for projects
• Generate financial investment documentation (white papers) to include in capital planning books for investment committee approval
• Provide engineering services, project management, construction management, and safety services
• Perform as an extension of ConAgra’s staff for the duration of a project
• Work with plant managers for scheduling, safety, and coordination of the project to minimize the impact on production operations
• Sign off on the final product on behalf of ConAgra
