Our master planning process is collaborative, combining desired stakeholder outcomes with our team’s engineering experience. We partner with owners, operators, architects, and other stakeholders through a proven process of listening and analyzing that leads to a collective goal. Once the goal is understood, our team works alongside the rest of the master planning team to develop scenarios for the MEP/FP infrastructure to support the architectural planning. In alignment with current industry trends, our master planning efforts include sustainable design best practices to optimize the planned facility enhancements to improve operational standards, including utility and energy consumption.
