The City of Murfreesboro plans to present the first chapter of Murfreesboro 2035, a comprehensive plan designed to help the growing city prepare for the future.  Chapter 1, Planning Context, will be presented to the community on December 9th, at 5:30 p.m., at Oakland Middle School Auditorium.

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is focused on utilities infrastructure capacities and improvements for the plan.
